摘要
目的 :观察钙调素 (Ca M)对培养的心肌细胞收缩功能及增殖活性的作用。方法 :以培养Wistar大鼠乳鼠心室肌细胞为靶系统 ,观察不同含量 Ca M对心肌细胞自发性搏动及心肌细胞增殖活性的影响。结果 :Ca M能显著提高心肌细胞的自发性搏动 ,3H-Td R掺入 CPM值明显增高 ,但无剂量依赖性。结论 :Ca M能促进心肌细胞增殖 ,提高心肌细胞对钙离子的摄取。
Objective:To examine the effect of calmodulin on contraction function of cardiac myocytes.Methods: Cardiac myocytes of Wistar sukling rat was cultured as its target system. Results: Calmodulin cought increase spontaneous beats of cardiac myocytes obviously without dose dependent.Conclusion: Calmodulin can promote cardiac myocyte proliferation and inerease Ca 2+ intake of cardiac myocytes.
