摘要
用免疫组织化学ABC技术研究个体发育和老化过程中大鼠附睾钙调素的分布。结果表明,成年大鼠附睾钙调素的分布从头段至尾段存在差异。成熟精子中有钙调素分布。幼龄大鼠附睾对钙调素抗体呈阴性或弱阳性反应。在老化过程中,附睾上皮钙调素免疫反应性减弱。我们的发现为了解钙调素的生理作用和精子成熟机制提供了新认识。
The distribution of calmodulin in rat epididymis during the ontogeny and aging was investigated with ABC immunohistochemical technique. The immunoreactivity found in the adult epididymis varied from the caput to the cauda. Positive staining was also observed in the lumen of mature sperms. On the other hand, the epithelial cells inthe epididymis of infant rats wore negative or weakly positivp, and immunoreactivity decreased during the aging.Our findings may provide some new knownledge for the analysis of the function of ealmodulin and for the demonstration of the maturation of the sperm cells in epididymis.
