This paper is the detailed abstract of the author's doctoral paper,it consists of five main parts: statistical method of wind load, calculation of free vibration of structures, simplified method of wind-induced vibration analysis of tall buildings and high-rise structures,calculation of dynamic reliability of wind resistant structures and the static stability of tall buildings and high-rise structures with distributed parameters.
