摘要
本文通过考虑脉动风压的随机过程性,利用风荷载的规范标定方法和结构疲劳试验结果,从结构风振随机反应分析着手,提出了基于首超破坏和疲劳累积损伤机制的抗风结构首超可靠性、疲劳可靠性和寿命估计的分析方法;在此基础上,提出了以首超可靠性为设计指标、疲劳可靠性为校核指标的抗风结构的初步设计方法;最后,通过一典型的单自由度结构的风振分析和设计说明了此方法的应用。
In this paper, by simulating the gust force as a stationary' random process, using the wind load specified in the code and fatigue experimental results and starting from the random responce analysis, the analysis methods are respectively presented for the first-excursion reliability, fatigue reliability and fatigue life of a structure to the wind based on the first—excursion and fatigue cumulative darnage mechanisms. Then, a prdiminary method is put forward for the design of wind-resistance structures by taking the first excursion reliability as an allowable index and the fatigue reliability as a check index. Finally, the way how to use the method is shown in the analysis and the design of a typical single-degree-of-freedom steel structure to the wind.
