高频电磁场防垢技术在电厂除灰系统的应用

摘要 通过高频电磁场防垢技术在某电厂除灰系统的防垢试验 ,证明它不仅能防止管道内新垢的生成 ,而且在一段时间后 ,能使原有的老垢逐渐疏松、龟裂、脱落 ,通过对灰水水样和垢样的实验分析 ,进一步揭示高频电磁场阻止CaCO3微晶在管壁聚集形成更大晶体和导致老垢疏松、脱落的原因。探索出了治理灰管结垢的新途径。 Tests on anti-scaling of the dust extraction system by high frequency electromagnetic field anti-scaling process have been carried out in a power plant.Results indicate that the new process can not only check the formation of new scales in the pipeline, but also the originally existing scales gradually come to loosen,crack and peel off,and laboratory analysis on the dust water sample and scales sample further reveal that the high frequency electromagnetic field eliminates the build-up of the CaCO 3 micro grain and prevent it from growing into larger grain,and clarifies causes to loosing and peeling of the old scales within the pipe,thus exploring a new route to check and prevent against scaling in the pipeline.
