摘要
研究了微量的合金元素Mg和Si对AlTiC中间合金细化效果的影响。实验结果表明 :微量的Mg和Si均能促进 AlTiC中间合金对工业纯铝和 6 0 6 3合金等铝合金的晶粒细化作用 ;在细化温度相同的条件下 ,与Si相比 ,Mg对AlTiC中间合金细化效果具有更大的促进作用 ;微量的Mg可以抑制AlTiC中间合金晶粒细化的“温度效应” ;铝熔体中同时存在微量的Mg和Si时AlTiC中间合金的细化效果更好。
The influence of small quantity of alloy elements Mg and Si on the grain refining effect of AlTiC master alloy is investigated It is showed that the grain refining effect of AlTiC master alloy can be promoted by them AlTiC master alloy compared with Si,Mg is more powerful than silicon in promoting the grain refining effect of AlTiC master alloy under conditions of the same temperature The restriction effect of small quantity of magnesium on the 'temperature action' of AlTiC master alloy is found More refined grain size can be obtained when both Mg and Si exist in aluminium with small quantity Moreover the mechanism concerning how the two elements influence the grain refinement effect of AlTiC master alloy is discussed in the thesis
