摘要
为探讨重度脑室出血的有效治疗方法 ,对 33例重度脑室出血患者采用双侧脑室额角置套管尿激酶灌注冲洗引流和终池脑脊液置换引流治疗。结果 CT显示脑室内血肿清除时间 4～ 5天 2 0例 ,6～ 7天 8例 ,9～ 10天 3例 ,平均 6天 ;基本治愈 16例 ,显著进步 11例 ,进步 3例 ,死亡 3例。认为双侧脑室置套管尿激酶灌注及终池脑脊液置换引流治疗重度脑室出血安全、简便、有效。
To explore an effective treatment on severe ventricular hemorrhage,33 patients with severe ventricular hemorrhage were perfused urokinase through installing cannulas in bilateral ventricles to drain,and liquor cerebrospinalis was replaced and drained in terminal cistern.CT showed that 20 cases of the blood tumors of the ventricles was removed during 4~5 days'treatment,8 cases during 6~7 days,3 cases during 9~10 days,the average duration was 6 days.16 cases were cured,11 cases improved greatly,3 cases improved, 3 cases died.It is a safe,effective method to treat severe ventricular hemorrhage with urokinase perfused through installing canulas in bilateral ventricles,and replacement and drainage of liquor cerebrospinalis in terminal cistern.
