NFL方案治疗乳腺癌肺转移20例临床观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的　观察米托蒽醌、醛氢叶酸、氟尿嘧啶联合化疗方案治疗乳腺癌肺转移的近期疗效及毒副作用。方法　 NFL方案治疗乳腺癌肺转移 2 0例作为治疗组 ,同期使用 CAP方案治疗者 2 1例作为对照组 ,就近期疗效及毒副反应进行对比观察。结果　治疗组的总有效率 (CR+PR)为 5 5 .0 % ,对照组的总有效率为 5 2 .6 % ,治疗组骨髓抑制较重 ,胃肠道反应较轻 ,心脏毒性较小 ,对照组骨髓抑制中度 ,胃肠道反应重 ,心脏毒性较大。结论　 NFL方案与CAP方案虽然近期疗效相近 ,但毒副反应轻 ,在临床上更易于为患者接受。
