摘要
利用催化裂解的方法从苯酚焦油中回收苯酚、苯乙酮、α-甲基苯乙烯、异丙苯等化工原料。催化剂为AlCl_3或MgSO_4+γ-Al_2O_3混合催化剂,其用量分别为(300~350)×10^(-6)和5%,反应温度300℃,反应时间8小时,总回收率达80%以上。
Phenol, acetophenone, α-methylstyrene and cumene were recovered from phenol tar by the process of catalytic cracking. These recovered substances are main chemical raw materials. The catalyst is AlCl_3 or mixed catalyst of γ - Al_2O_3 + MgSO_4 , and the amount of catalyst is (300~ 350) ×10^(-6) and 5% respectively. The reactive temperature is 300℃. The reactive time is 8 hour. The total recovery is over 80%.
