环氧树脂——甲基四氢苯酐——固化体系FT—IR研究 被引量:2

STUDY ON THE CURING SYSTEM OF EPOXY RESIN-METHYLTETRAHYDROPHTHALIC ANHYDRIDE BY FT-IR

摘要 本文用FT—IR法研究了环氧树脂—甲基四氢苯酐体系的固化行为特征.结果表明,该体系的快速固化温区为90℃~110℃,后固化温区为120℃~140℃.固化程度取决于固化温度和固化时间,且固化时间与固化温度密切相关.反应速度与温度的关系符合Arrhenius方程,测得反应表观活化能为29kJ/moI. The curing bahaviour of the system of Epoxy Resin-Methyltetrahydr- ophthalic Anhydride has been studied by FT-IR. The results indicated that highly-curing-rate of the system took place at the range of 90-110℃ and curing activity of the system decreased at the range of 120-140℃. The results showed that the curing degree depended on temperature and time and that curing time was related to curing temperature. The relationship between the curing rate and temperature is accorded with Arrhenius equation. The measurement of formal active energe was 29kJ/mol.
