摘要
本文报告采用细胞内微电极记录的方法,记录了蟾蜍实验前的心肌细胞动作电位和心电图.并记录了,利用高钾任氏液,造成蟾蜍高血钾的心肌细胞动作电位及异常心电图.再记录了,蟾蜍喂服活心丸后,对其异常的纠正.结果表明,活心丸对实验性心肌电活动变化确有对抗之效应.初步探讨了,活心丸与其对抗的电生理学效应.为临床应用提供了依据.
The method of cells inner microelectrode is adopted. The myocardium cell's action potential and ECG of a bufo are recorded under normal condition, and the myocardium cell's action potential and abnormal ECG of the bufo are also recorded after high K+ is used to cause the bufo to become high blood K+, and so do the bufo rectified its abnormality after it have taken He Xing Wan.
