摘要
采用离体豚鼠心肌组织和麻醉开胸犬,观察活心丸对心脏乳头肌收缩特性、右心房收缩力和自发节律、左心房兴奋性的直接作用,以及对麻醉犬心脏血流动力学的影响。结果表明活心丸可提高心脏乳头肌的收缩张力(Tmax)、收缩速度(+dp/dtmax、-dp/dtmax);在增加右心房的收缩张力的同时对自发节律影响不大;还可降低左心房的兴奋阈值;提示活心丸对离体心肌组织的主要作用是直接加强心肌收缩性和兴奋性,但对自律性影响不大。活心丸对麻醉犬心脏血流动力学的影响主要表现为,主动脉压(LVPmax)升高,+dp/dtmax加快,主动脉流量(CO)增多,左心室舒张末期压(LVEDP)降低。结果表明活心丸在整体条件下能加强心脏的泵血功能,并且能降低心率和心肌耗氧量。同时活心丸还可使-dp/dtmax增高,提示其可提高心脏的舒张功能。
The effects of Chinese patent medicine, Huoxin Wan ,on isolated myocardium of guinea pig and hemodynamics of anesthetized dog in vivo were studied.It was shown that Huoxin Wan imprved both systolic and diastolic function of isolated papilary muscle(Tmax,+dp/dtmax,-dp/dtmax)were enhanced,the contractility of the isolated right atrium was increased but spontaneous rhythm unaffected,and the excitability threshold of the isolated left ventricle was decreased. It was also shown that Huoxin Wan can increase the myocardial contractility and excitability directly.As to the hemodynamics,LVPmax was increased,+dp/dtmax accelerated,CO increased and LVEDP decreased,indicating that Huoxin Wan can enhance the pump function of the heart,decreased heart rate and myocardial oxygen consumption,and enhance the diastolic function.
