摘要
为探讨早产儿外周血辅助性T淋巴细胞 (Th)亚群功能特点 ,以足月新生儿为对照 ,ELISA法检测 2 1例早产儿外周血单个核细胞 (PBMC)体外产生γ 干扰素(IFN γ)、白细胞介素 2 (IL 2 )、IL 4和IL 6水平。结果显示 :早产儿PBMC体外产生IFN γ、IL 2、IL 4和IL 6水平均明显低于足月儿 ,尤以IFN γ和IL 2更为突出。表明早产儿Th(包括Th1和Th2 )细胞功能明显低于足月儿 ,但其Th1/Th2 功能状态与足月儿相似 ,即Th2 细胞功能占优势 。
In order to study the functional feature of help T lymphocyte (Th) subsets in premature neonates, the levels of IFN γ, IL 2, IL 4 and IL 6 produced by PHA stimulated peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) from 21 premature and 25 full term neonates were measured by ELISA. Results showed that the productions of IFN γ, IL 2, IL 4 and IL 6 in PHA stimulated PBMC from premature neonates were significently lower than that from full term neonates. The decrease of productions of IFN γ, and IL 2 was more prominent compared with that of IL 4 and IL 6. We conluded that the function of Th cells (including Th 1 and Th 2) in premature neonates were significantly lower than that in full term neonates. The state of Th 1/Th 2 function in premature neonates was simillar to full term neonates. Compared with Th 1 cells, the function of Th 2 cells was dominent.omine
