摘要
目的 :提出延期植皮的概念 ,并综述其近年来的研究进展。方法 :采用文献回顾与综合分析方法。结果 :创伤性皮肤缺损延期植皮在临床应用上已取得明显进展。延期植皮基础研究的进展促进了临床治疗的进步。结论 :目前对延期植皮血运重建规律的认识尚局限在临床病例观察阶段 ,国内未见对这一问题的基础研究报告。
Objective: To describe the concept of 'delayed skin transplantation and give a review of current progress in basic research and clinical treatment. Method: Literature survey and comprehensive analysis methods were used in this study. Results: The results showed that vascular reconstruction of delayed skin transplantation has made big progress in clinical treatment. Conclusion: All data indicate no basic research have been reported about delayed skin transplantation in China.
