摘要
目的 提出延期植皮的概念 ,并综述其近年来的研究进展。方法 采用文献回顾与综合分析方法。结果 创伤性皮肤缺损延期植皮在临床应用上已取得明显进展。延期植皮基础研究的进展促进了临床治疗的进步。结论 目前对延期植皮血运重建规律的认识尚局限在临床病例观察阶段 ,国内未见对这一问题的基础研究报告。
Objective To describe the concept of “delayed skin transplantation' and review its current progress in basic research and clinical treatment. Methods The literature review and comprehensive analysis methods were used in this study. Results The results showed that vascular reconstruction of delayed skin transplantation had great progress in clinical treatments. Conclusion All data indicated without basic research reports have been pressed about delayed skin transplantation in China.
