摘要
研究了添加 Y_2O_3和 La_2O_3的气压烧结氮化硅陶瓷的性能和显微结构之间的关系,详细探讨了氮气压力对相组成、显微结构和0性能的影响。结果表明,所得氮化硅材料是由长柱状的β-Si_3N_4主晶相和微量的(Y,La)_2O_3(?)Si_2N_2O、2(Y,La)_2O_3 Si_2N_2O、La_5(SiO_4)_3N 和 LaYO_3晶界结晶相构成。在实验的基础上指出,控制烧成的临界状态可能是改善 Si_3N_4材料性能的新途径。
The relationship between the properties and microstructures of Si_3N_4 with Y_2O_3and La_2O_3 as additives by gas pressure sintering(GPS)was investigated.The effectsof the nitrogen pressure on phase composition,microstructure and properties of Si_3N_4ceramics were studied in detail.The results obtained show that this Si_3N_4 materialis mainly composed of elongated β-Si_3N_4 crystals with a small amount of crystal-line phases such as K-phase[(Y,La)_2O_3·Si_2N_2O],J-phase[2(Y,La)_2O_3·Si_2N_2O],H-phase[La_5(SiO_4)_3N]and LaYO_3 segregated at the grain boundaries.On the basisof experiments,an approach to improve properties of Si_3N_4 material by controllingthe critical state of sintering has been revealed.
