摘要
本文研究了工业ZrO_2、Y—TZP(3mol%Y_2O_3)以及氮气压力对气氛加压烧结氮化硅陶瓷材料的烧结性能的影响。添加5,10,15,20wt%ZrO_2或者Y~TZP的氮化硅复合材料在1770~1800C,氨气压力分别为1MPa、2MPa、3MPa下烧成,获得相对密度>95%烧结体,少量的工业ZrO_2或者Y—TZP对氮化硅有助烧作用。在同一氮气压力下烧成的Y—TZP—Si_3N_4复合材料的烧结性能均高于ZrO_2—Si_3N_4复合材料,另外,增大氮气压力可提高ZrO_2(Y—TZP)—Si_3O_4复合材料的烧结性能和减少失重。
The effects of ZrO_2(Y—TZP)and nitrogen pressures on the sintering properties of GPS Si_3N_4 ceramic materials were studied. The Si_3N_4 composites with the addition of 5,10,15,20wt% ZrO_2 or Y—TZP were sintered at 1770~1800℃ under nitrogen at 1MPa, 2MPa,3MPa,and the sintered bodies with over 95% of theoretical densities were obtained. It was observed that a small amount of ZrO_2 or Y—TZP could act as a sintering aid and improve the sintering property of Si_3N_4 matrix to some extent. The sintering property of Y—TZP—Si_3N_4 composites sintered under same nitrogen pressures was higher than that of ZrO_2—Si_3N_4 composites. It was also found that raising the nitrogen pressure could improve the sintering property of ZrO_2 (Y—TZP)—Si_3N_4 composites.
