摘要
本文研究了不同锑铋比和添加不同形式的锑以及热处理工艺条件对非线性 ZnO 陶瓷的烧结特性及物理和电学特性的影响。对相组成的变化与样品性能之间的相互关系亦进行了分析研究。实验结果表明,Sb^(3+)/Bi^(3+)比的变化对非线性 ZnO 陶瓷的性能有极大的影响,适当提高 Sb^(3+)/Bi^(3+)比有助于改善样品的非线性特性和热稳定性,降低样品的泄漏电流,增加样品的致密度。但过度提高 Sb^(3+)/Bi^(3+)比反而会导致一些不良的结果,如致使非线性特性劣化。一个比较恰当的 Sb^(3+)/Bi^(3+)比值约为2∶1。另外,直接添加预合成尖晶石粉料配方和在800℃下进行热处理均会对提高 ZnO 陶瓷的非线性特性、降低样品泄漏电流产生不良的影响。
In this paper the influences of different antimony-bismuth ratios (Sb^(3+)/Bi^(3+),different forms of antimony added and heat treatment conditions on sintering,phy-sical and electrical properties of nonlinear zine oxide ceramics were investigated.The relationship between the change of phase compositions and properties of samp-les was also analysed.The experimental results show that change in Sb^(3+)/Bi^(3+) ratio has a great influ-ence on the properties of nonlinear zine oxide ceramics.Some improvements ofnonlinear characteristic and thermal stability,as well as reducing leakage currentand bulk density of ceramics could be realized by increasing the Sb^(3+)/Bi^(3+) ratio toa proper extent.Excessive increasing the Sb^(3+)/Bi^(3+) ratio leads to be harmful tosome properties,such as nonlinear characteristics of samples.The appropriate valueof Sb^(3+)/Bi^(3+) ratio is near 2:1.The addition of the presynthesized Sb-Zn spinelpowder to the batches of ceramics and the heat treatment at 800℃ of the ceramicsamples are also harmful to both their nonlinear characteristic and leakage currentof zinc oxide ceramics.
