生物活菌素应用于褶皱臂尾轮虫规模化培养的初探 被引量:2

摘要 用不同盐度的池水 ,添加以芽胞杆菌为主体的生物活菌素 ,进行褶皱臂尾轮虫 (Brachionusplictilis )培养试验 ,试验结果表明 :投放活菌素的各试验组均能有效降低氨氮浓度 ,维持良好的水质环境 ,此种有效维持时间大约为 7d ,7d后需重新投入生物活菌素 ;生物活菌素对 pH值的影响不显著。运用Logistic方程分析 ,生物活菌素能提高种群环境容纳量 (种群增长最大值 ,即K值 ) ,并可预测最佳倒池时机 ,即达到K/ In order to explore the possibility of biological living bacillin used in large-scale culture of rotifer Brachionus plictilis and the best time in moving ponds, the experiment was done by adding bacilli to Brachionus plictilis culture ponds with different water salinity. The results showed that the experiment group added with living bacillin could effectively reduce the contents of NH 3-N 2 and improve the conditions of water quality, but this condition only maintained about seven days, and bacilli should be readded after seven days. The effect of biological living bacillin on pH was not marked. Based on logistic equation, the biological living bacillin could increase the environmental carrying capacity of population, K, and predict the best time in moving ponds.
