摘要
养殖水质的恶化是包括河蟹育苗在内的集约化水产养殖中经常遇到的棘手问题。为了探索解决这一问题的有效途径,本实验将光合细菌(PSB) 、玉垒菌(S40) 、蜡质芽孢杆菌(SP) 、环境净化剂及生物滤池结合使用。结果表明,微生物组合技术对水质净化的作用明显,且对蟹苗的生长发育有一定的促进作用。
The problem of water quality worsening is unavoidable in intensive feeding ,including sinensis seeding. In order to explore how to solve this problem, we adopted PSB, S40 and environmental purified dose in combination with biological filter. Experimental results show that the combination of microbial technique has an obvious effect on water quality purification and also a stimulating effect on the growth of sinensis seedlings to a certain degree.
