良性前列腺增生与前列腺体积关系研究 被引量：2

摘要 目的 :探讨良性前列腺增生症 ( Benign prostate hyperplasia,BPH)的诊断和治疗与前列腺体积的关系。方法 :结合我科手术治疗的 2 84例 BPH,着重讨论了以下问题 :1多大的前列腺需要治疗 ;2前列腺增生组织能否自然萎缩 ;3 TURP切除量 ;4前列腺纤维化。结果 :在确定 BPH的治疗方案时 ,单一的指标往往是不全面的 ,除症状、体征外 ,应参考经直肠 B超、PSA、尿动力学检查等综合资料 ,因为前列腺增生者不一定有临床症状 ,有许多症状不是前列腺体积增大或其导致膀胱出口梗阻所特有的。结论
