超声弹性成像技术在诊断前列腺疾病中的应用进展 被引量:10

摘要 前列腺癌是男性常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其成功治疗的关键是早期诊断及治疗。前列腺穿刺活检是诊断前列腺癌的金标准,但其漏诊率较高,而且有研究表明增加穿刺针数对病灶的检出率帮助并不大。因此,寻求一种新的方法提高前列腺癌的检出率和穿刺活检的阳性率十分重要。
