摘要
植物体内的茉莉酸类化合物 (茉莉素 )是一类新确认的植物内源生长物质 ,高浓度茉莉酸或茉莉酸甲酯抑制植物生长 ,低浓度则促进植物生长 .茉莉酸或茉莉酸甲酯还能调节植物体保护性酶以及次生代谢酶类的活性 ,促进基因表达 ,诱导蛋白质及次生物质的合成 。
The jasmonic acid and jasmonates (JAs) in plants are a group of newly recognized endogenous growth substances.JAs at high concentrations inhibit the plant growth while JAs at low concentration stimulate the plant growth.JAs can regulate the activities of the protecting enzymes and secondary metabolism enzymes,promote the gene expression as well as induce the synthesis of protein and secondary metabolism substances.Therefore,JAs increase the resistance of plants.This paper reviews the recent developments in the physiological functions of JAs and its mechanism.
