摘要
旋转防喷器是欠平衡钻井的关键井控设备之一 ,现文以Williams 710 0型高压旋转防喷器为例 ,分析了其壳体总成、旋转总成以及钻具密封的设计分析要点 ,旨在推动该装置的国产化进程。
The rotary blowout preventer(or rotary control head)is one of the critical wellhead control equipment in the underbalanced drilling. By taking Williams 7100 high pressure rotary blowout preventer as an example, this paper analyzed the key-points when designing its shell assembly, rotation assembly and drilling tools sealing assembly. All these work aims to accelerate the domestic design procedure.
