摘要
在收集分析国内外有关旋转防喷器的设计、分析、计算、使用等资料的基础上,结合国内目前在用旋转防喷器存在的一些问题,开发了一种新型气体钻井用旋转防喷器导引总成。介绍了该导引总成的结构组成、工作原理、室内检测和现场应用情况。该导引总成设计新颖、结构简单,扩展了气体钻井井口控制装备的应用范围,提高了气体钻井产层起下钻作业的安全性。
Referring to some questions of all RBOP around the world,the new air drilling guide assembly was designed on the base of collecting the information about the design, analysis, calcula- tions and use of the RBOP inside and outside the country. This paper introduces the system complexity,operating principle,lab simulation and flied using of the air drilling RTO homer. Its design is particular and makeup is simple, which expands the appliance area of the wellhead operation in the air drilling and improves the security of the round trip operation in producing formation in air drilling.
