摘要
基于抗坏血酸与铬 的还原反应产生的铬 催化鲁米诺 过氧化氢发光体系的研究 ,建立了一种快速测定痕量抗坏血酸的新方法。该方法线性范围为 8.0× 1 0 - 9~ 1 .6× 1 0 - 4mol L ,检出限为 8.0× 1 0 - 9mol L ,对 1 .0×1 0 - 6 mol L抗坏血酸 1 1次平行测定的RSD为 0 .9%。用于医用维生素C片剂中抗坏血酸含量的测定 ,结果令人满意。
A new chemiluminescence(CL) system for the determination of ascorbic acid has been established. By the fast reduction reaction between chromium? and ascorbic acid, chromium? was generated to react with luminol and hydrogen peroxide in alkaline aqueous solution and hydrogen peroxide to produce CL. The CL emission intensity was correlated with ascorbic acid concentration in the range 8.0×10 -9 to 1.6×10 -4 mol/L, and the detection limit was 8.0×10 -9 mol/L ascorbic acid. The relative standard deviation ( n =11) for 1.0×10 -6 mol/L ascorbic acid is 0.9%. The method has been applied to the determination of ascorbic acid in vitamin C tablets with satisfactory results.
