摘要
分析探讨了影响我厂水泥与高效减水剂的适应性问题因素,其中以水泥熟料中C3A矿物含量偏高造成的影响最为显著。据此,提出了控制熟料中C3A矿物含量在8.0%以下,控制水泥粉磨温度和合理的颗粒级配,确定适宜的石膏掺量等措施,以提高水泥对减水剂的适应性。
The factors that influence the compatibility of cement with superplasticizer in our plant. High C3A content in clinker is the most remarkable factor. Measures such as lowering C3A content within 0.8%, controlling the cement grinding temperature and proper gypsum content, improving particle distribution, are therefore put forward to improve the compatibility of cement with superplasticizer
