摘要
萘系泵送剂对于恒威P·S32.5级矿渣硅酸盐水泥来说,三聚磷酸钠保塑效果随掺量增加而增强,且有一定缓凝作用,早期强度较低,但对后期强度有一定的提高作用。六偏磷酸钠掺量在0.05%~0.10%之间保塑效果较佳,且缓凝作用较明显;但对后期强度有提高作用。糖钠的最佳掺量为0.15%,掺量0.05%~0.15%之间保塑效果都较佳。随掺量的增加,混凝土3、28d强度逐渐降低,在0.05%掺量时3d强度达19.0MPa,28d强度达38.6MPa,分别比空白试验高21.0%和9.3%。葡萄糖酸钠的最佳掺量为0.05%,混凝土28d抗压强度达44.8MPa,超过空白试验26.2%。有机硅对恒威P·S32.5级矿渣水泥混凝土的保塑效果不佳。T11-904的最佳保塑效果掺量为0.10%,且缓凝作用较明显,28d龄期内强度发展不理想。ATMP掺量在0.05%处就达到了饱和点,28d强度随掺量的增加逐渐增加。HEDP掺量在0.05%内为佳,且有一定的缓凝效果,但不严重。
In Portland cement which has Gongyuan 32.5 levels, when the content of Sodium tripolyphosphate increases,the slump retaining ability will be higher.This mixture has some retarding effects and it reduces the early strength of concrete,however the later strength will increase to a reasonable level.The optimum concentration of Sodium hexametaphosphate is between 0.05% and 0.10% to provide the best slump retaining ability, better retarding effects and higher later strength.The optimum level of Sugar Sodium is 0.15%,but the slump retaining ability remains at a reasonably high level when it is between 0.05% and 0.15%.As the content of Sugar Sodium increases, the strength of 3 d and 28 d concrete will also decrease. When the level is at 0.05%, the strength of 3 d and 28 d concrete can reach 19.0 MPa and 38.6 MPa, which are 21.0% and 9.3% higher than the blank test results respectively.The optimum content of Sodium Gluconate is 0.05% ,the compression strength of concrete can arrive 44.8 MPa which is 26.2% higher than the blank test result.Silicone can not provide better slump retaining ability in Gongyuan 32.5 levels Portland cement.When the content ofT 11-904 is 0.10%,it can provide the optimum slump retaining ability and significant retarding effects,but the strength development is not ideal within 28 days.The content of ATMP will reach its saturation point when the content is 0.05% ,the strength of 28 d concrete will.increase as the amount of ATMP increase.The content of HEDP should be keeping within 0.05%,it will have some certain level of retarding effects.
