摘要
在对我国地带性土壤中产蛋白酶细菌生态分布的研究基础上,获得了一株产酶活力达到1945单位/ml的野生菌株。经鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtnis)、对该菌的产酶条件进行了比较系统的研究。结果表明,王米粉和豆饼粉是该菌良好的碳源和氮源。而有机酸和无机盐对产酶有抑制作用。
On the basis of the ecological study of protease-producing bacteria from many soil samples of our country, one wild strain its protease activity is up to 1945 u/ml was gained. It was idenoified as Bacillus subtilis. The protease-producing conditions were systematically studied. The resalts indicated that, corn powder and soybean powder are good carbon and nitrogen source respectively. Organic acids and minerates exert inhibition on the protease production.
