摘要
面向网络化制造的装配CAPP系统的作用是进行装配工艺设计,其产品设计和工艺设计以及可视化虚拟装配过程设计所需要的信息由各个协同工作用户提供。网络化制造中的各个协同工作用户所使用的系统具有不确定性,随之而产生的一个重要问题,就是如何通过互联网来实现异质系统之间的信息集成问题。本文提出的方法,是在网络化制造的CAD系统之间、装配CAPP系统之间、以及CAD和装配CAPP系统之间通过网络数据库实现信息共享和信息集成。
The assembly CAPP system oriented to network manufacturing is used to plan theassembly process.The information for the system is applied by each cooperators all overthe world through the Internet.These cooperators in the network manufacturing useuncertain systems.Thus results a problem: how to share information between the differentapplications with heterogeneous information format through the Internet. A theory is putforward in this paper.It is concerned with CAD systems collaborated with assemblyCAPP systems based on the network databases. The theory and the framework of theassembly CAPP system oriented to the network manufacturing is demonstrated.
