摘要
分析了敏捷制造环境下的生产组织形式对装配CAPP系统的要求及其特点,建立了基于网络的AM-CAAPP系统的体系结构。详细研究了产品信息提取技术、装配工艺知识库技术、装配工艺决策技术、装配工艺评价技术等AM-CAAPP实现的关键技术。最后对原型系统进行了开发。
The demand for the system of assembly CAPP in the production form for agile manufacturing and its characteristic have been analyzed.The structure of AM-CAAPP system based on Internet has been set up.Its key techniques have been researched in detail, including the technique of gathering the product's information,the assembly process knowledge base, the assembly process planning technology, the assembly process estimation technology and so on. Finally, prototype system has been developed.
