摘要
为了确保在严寒地区特种车辆自动润滑系统的润滑过程的正常进行,本文就自动润滑注油器的控制回路、防冻0＃极压锂基润滑油脂调配、使用寿命、注油脂时间设定以及如何预防油脂的劣化和自动润滑系统冲洗进行了比较深入的研究,并提出一些合理化建议,这将有益于在严寒地区特种车辆自动润滑系统的运行和维护以及作战能力的提高。
In order to ensure lubricating process being normally operated in auto-lubricating system of special vehicle in freezing zone, the control loop about auto-lubricating oiling implement, how to prepare 0# frost-resisting extreme pressure lithium-base lubricant, its service life, how to set oiling time of auto-lubricating system, how to prevent the grease deterioration and how to wash auto-lubricating system are discussed and investigated in this paper. And some reasonable advices are given, which will be beneficial to operation and maintenance about auto-lubricating system of special vehicle in freezing zone.
