摘要
研究分析了镶套修复法的原理 ,并采用加热镶套压入法对电传动矿用自卸车磨损件进行了修复 ,实际效果反映较好 ,这对缓解电传动矿用自卸车备件供应困难 ,节约材料 ,降低运输成本 ,都具有重要意义。
The principle of restoring of inlaid sheath is studied and analyzed,and based on the method of pressing heating inlaid sheath,restoring of an abrasion piece in mining auto_unloading vehicle driven by electricity is carried out,reported actual effect is good.This will has some important significations in palliating provision problems of spare parts in mining auto_unloading vehicle driven by electricity,sparing materials and reducing carriages.
