摘要
进行了玉米弯孢菌叶斑病孢子萌发及侵染环节的定性定量研究。结果表明 :弯孢菌孢子在清水中或可直接萌发 ,或不能直接萌发。花粉粒及玉米叶面物质对弯孢菌的萌发有显著的促进作用。已萌发孢子干燥超过 1min即丧失侵染能力。弯孢菌在 15~ 35℃都可对玉米形成侵染 ,以 2 5℃为最适侵染温度。孢子侵入适宜温度范围窄于附着胞形成温度 ,又窄于孢子萌发适宜温度。叶面结水时间需超过 7h才能形成侵染。
The quantitative and qualitative study on spore germination and infection of Curvularia lunata leaf spot was made. The results showed that spores can either or not germinate directly in pure water. Microdiode and compounds in maize leaf can accelerate remarkably the germination of spores. The germinated spores will lose infection capacity if dried for more than 1 minute. They infect maize leaf when temperature ranges from 15℃ to 35℃ and the optimum temperature is 25℃. Spores will not infect maize leaf until the dew time is over 7 hours.
