摘要
以新月弯孢[Curvularia lunata(Wakker) Boedijn]为病原,接种亚热带地区9种常见禾草,观测它们的生长情况、潜育期、发病部位、病斑大小、病斑密度等指标,综合评价供试草的抗感性.结果表明,弯孢叶斑病菌可以侵染供试草种,使禾草生长速度降低、新生叶片形成慢、叶片短而窄、节间缩短,但供试禾草的潜育期(4~10 d,变异系数29.54%)和症状的明显程度不同,潜育期由短到长依次为:剪股颖、狗牙根、高羊茅、牛鞭草、鸭茅、多花黑麦草、多年生黑麦草、一年生早熟禾、假俭草;症状明显程度依次为:剪股颖、狗牙根、多花黑麦草、鸭茅、高羊茅、牛鞭草、一年生早熟禾、多年生黑麦草、假俭草.供试禾草的抗感性:假俭草为高抗(R),多年生黑麦草、一年生早熟禾为中抗(MR);高羊茅为中感(MS);牛鞭草为感病(S);剪股颖、狗牙根、多花黑麦草和鸭茅为高感(HS).
By inoculating nine kinds of common forage with Curvularia lunata, the growth of grasses, latent period, position of symptom, size of disease spots and density of disease spots in all grasses experimented were observed and the anti-infection was comprehensively evaluated. The results showed that Curvularia lunata infected all grasses experimented, and the grasses grew slowly. Meanwhile, the new leaves were shorter and narrower, and the internod was shorter. But there were difference in both latent period and severity. The sequence of period of latency from short to long was creeping bentgrass, bermudagrass, tall fescue, limpograss, orchardgrass, annual ryegrass, perennial ryegrass, annual bluegrass, centipedegrass. The sequence of symptom from remarkable to weak was creeping bentgrass, bermudagrass, annual ryegrass, orehardgrass, tall fescue, limpograss, annual bluegrass, perennial ryegrass, centipedegrass. Their anti-affection were as follows :centipedegrass had resistance ;perennial ryegrass and annual bluegrass had medium resistance;tall rescue had medium sensitivity;limpograss had sensitivity;creeping bentgrass, bernudagrass, annual ryegrass and orchagrass had high sensitivity.
