摘要
大田试验结果表明:橡胶微繁无性系离地50 cm处平均茎围为对照(老态的供体无性系)的1303%,花药体细胞植株离地50cm处平均茎围为对照(老态的供体无性系)的109.1%~120.2%,头4 a平均单株干胶产量为对照的129.9%~146.3%,自根幼态无性系和供体无性系相比,这2个性状均达显著差异.说明橡胶自根幼态无性系是一种速生、高产的种植材料.
The results of field trials showed that the average stem girth of the micro-propagated clone at50cm above ground was135.2%of that of its donor clone(control)while that of its anther somatic plants was109.1%120.0%of that of the control.The self-rooting juvenile-type clones produced an average yield of dry rubber per tree per year129.9%146.3%more than their donor clones over the first4years.The differences in these two characters between the self-rooting juvenile-type clones and their donor clones were statistically significant.This result indicates that the self-rooting juvenile-type clone of Hevea brasiliensis is a fast growing and high yielding planting material.
