摘要
在混合式步进电动机绕组自感和互感非线性特性的研究和测试取得进展的基础上,该文建立了二相混合式步进电动机精确的动态仿真模型。给出测试电感拟合的表达式,推导了绕组的磁链方程、旋转电压方程、电磁转矩方程和状态方程。显示出与简化分析时不同的特点。实例对保持转矩特性和振动特性仿真结果的校核表明,该文达到的仿真准确性是以前原有模型所远不能及的。
Based on the improving of the non-linear characteristic study and testing of the winding inductance and mutual inductance of hybrid stepping motor, a comparatively precision dynamical simulation model of two-phase hybrid stepping motor is established in this paper. The fitting expression of the tested inductance, winding flux linkage equation, rotating voltage equation, electromagnetic torque equation and their state equations are also presented. Compared to the simplified analysis, the distinguishing features are obvious. The simulation example for the holding torque characteristic and the vibration characteristic verified that the accuracy of the new model is quite superior to the old one.
