摘要
本文对微波相移测量系统的测量误差进行了分析,并且介绍了一种减小失配误差的方法和一种用于测量微波元件相移的自动测量系统。该系统在测量过程中不需要采取调配措施,只需分别改变电源装置和检测装置反射系数的幅角,对被测微波元件的每个定标点进行4次测量,然后将4次测量结果取算术平均值就可以达到消除失配误差的目的。该系统的实测误差极限小于0.3°。由于利用一种特殊的测量方法和软硬件设计,使该系统具有较高的测量精度和可靠性,在生产和科研领域具有一定的推广应用价值。
After analyzing the measurement error of microwave phase-shift measurement system, a method of minimizing the uncertainty caused by the mismatch and an automatic measurement system of UHF/microwave phase-shift was presented in this paper. Then this system needn't to be matched in the measurement process. The mismatch uncertainty can be reduced by means of adjusting phase angles of the reflectance of the power equipmenet and the detecting equipment, the detector system and measuring a dial setting of the device under four times measurement and then calculating arithmetic average of measurement data. The limit of mismatch error is less than 0. 3°. By using the especial measurement method and design of the software and hardware, the system has characteristics of high precision and high reliability; it can be widely used in the area of manufacture and scientific research.
