发文管理系统是一个基于工作流管理的网络办公自动化系统。它采用世界领先的群件和电子邮件产品Lotus Domino/Notes为开发与使用平台。在网络环境下,该系统使发文工作的各步:起草人起草公文,各级领导审批,核稿人核稿,文书下发职能部与归档等,真正实现了自动化。利用Notes的强大安全机制,通过为用户指定权限,电子签名等技术,满足了实际工作中的安全性要求。
The sending document management System (SDMS) is a network OA system based on workflow management. The world advanced groupware and E-Mail product Lotus Domino/Notes is used as its development and use-floor. In network environment, office automation is realized with the system, the steps of the Sending document are the drafter drafts document, leaders examine, checkers check, secretary distributes the document and keeps document in the archives. It makes good use of the powerful safety rule of Notes to meet the safety requirement in practical work by assign access for users and e-signature.
