摘要
计算机技术的发展和计算机网络的普及,特别是办公自动化系统的出现,大大地提高了人们的工作效率。但黑客的出现以及办公自动化系统自身不足等原因,严重地威胁着办公自动化系统的安全。随着政府部门办公自动化应用水平的提高,数据共享的程度越来越高,数据安全是应用系统成功的必要条件,任何信息系统都必须考虑安全性要求。
With the development of the network, especially with the appearance of the system of office automation, the efficiency of work has been greatly improved in dealing with the office work, but mainly due to the appearance of hacker as well as the defect of the automatic system itself, the system security is threated. Along with the level of office automation arised, the data had been share more. Data security is the requirement of application system, any system could take security into account.
