摘要
基于最大回收利润的拆卸规划的确定,是一种综合考虑拆卸成本和回收利益来进行拆卸过程优化的方法。拆卸方向的自动生成是拆卸分析中的重要问题,它仅依赖装配体的配合面。其回收利润由拆卸成本、回收收益、焚烧填埋费用3部分组成。基于最大回收利润的拆卸规划,可采用扩展的动作序列图代替现用的AND/OR图,建立包括起点、选择、分离、拆卸、终点等5种动态的拆卸过程模型,并对其寻优以实现。利用该方法,设计者可获得拆卸过程如何选择、拆卸操作是否继续等可拆卸性设计信息,利于决策。
The disassembly layout based on maximal reclaiming profit is the way of optimized disassembly process for gaining large benefit and reduce the cost. The automatic creation of disassembly direction is key problem of disassembly analysis, depended on the fitting surface of assembly parts. Reclaiming profit consists of disassembly cost, Reclaiming benefit and the expense of setting on fire or embedding. The AND/OR chart is replaced with extended Sequence chart in the disassembly layout. The disassembly process models with 5 dynamic states are set up, that include of start point, culling, separating, disassembly and end point etc, and they are optimized and implemented. Designer can gain a number of useful messages in disassembly design, convenient for decision-making, for instance, how to select disassembly, if disassembly keeps up.
