摘要
在综合国内外相关研究的基础上,着重对产品的拆卸分析及相关理论进行了深入、系统、全面的研究。主要讨论了拆卸设计的定义和意义,设计准则及拆卸设计的可拆卸性结构设计方法等。为实现拆卸设计的合理化和标准化,提出以成组技术为基础的模块化设计和计算机辅助可拆卸设计,进行产品零部件拆卸规划分析。以模块化灯具的设计实例说明可拆卸设计的应用情况,验证所提方法的可行性。
The comprehensive studies both at home and abroad on the basis of the removal of products,focuses on the analysis and related theory thorough,system,and comprehensive research.Mainly discusses the definition of meaning,remove the design,design principles and remove the disassembling design structure design method,etc.To realize the rationalization and remove the design standardization,put forward the group technology as the foundation of the modular design and computer aided removable design,products parts remove planning analysis.With modular design example of lamps and lanterns that can remove the design,the application of verify the feasibility of the proposed method.
