摘要
讨论了引起X衍射线形宽化的几种因素 ,以及材料中晶粒尺寸的大小、微观畸变与X衍射线形的关系 。
In this paper,we discussed the relation among augmentation of X-ray diffraction graphic width,size of crystal particle and microcosmic aberration.Those results are helpful for our research on material.
