摘要
目的 :利用酵母细胞将无机态微量元素铁转化为有机态微量元素铁。方法 :采用富集培养方法 ,从 2 2株酵母菌中筛选出 1株能够富集高含量铁的菌株 ,并测定其铁含量 ,同时对酵母菌最适生长条件 ,铁盐的筛选和硫酸亚铁添加浓度进行研究。结果 :铁含量达 6~ 8mg/ g,适宜的铁盐为硫酸亚铁 ,其添加的离子浓度为 6 0~ 12 0 mg/ kg,最适培养温度和 p H分为 2 8℃和 5 .5。结论 :在上述优化条件下 ,酵母细胞富集铁能力最强。
Objective:Inorganic trace element Iron can be enriched into organic forms by yeast. Method: One strain which can enrich high content of Iron was selected from 22 strains of yeast by using culture enrichment,technique. Result: Iron content in the strains was about 6~8 mg/g,FeSO 4 was ideal form with optimal concentration in the culture medium being 60~120 mg/kg,optimal temperature and pH were 28℃ and 5.5. Conclusion: Under the above optimal condition,yeast enriches Iron most effectively.
