固态发酵自动生产线的设计与研制

摘要 以农副产品、食品工业的下脚料和糟渣为原料,用固态发酵法生产饲料酵母,可明显改善饲料品质,提高营养价值.近年来,固态发酵饲料酵母生产发展迅速.固态发酵工艺设备简单,投资少、见效快、产品成本低.本文提出了一种自动化程度较高的固态发酵生产的工艺,着重介绍了混配工序.调质灭菌工序、冷却工序、固态发酵工序、干燥及粉碎工序. In using leftovers and dregs of farm by-products and side-line food industry production as raw materials to produce fodder yeasts can improve quality of fodder distinctly and raise nutritive value. In recent years, the production of fodder yeasts has developed rapidly by way of solid ferment. The technology and equipment of solid ferment issimpler with less investment and lower production cost but more profits. In this thesis Iadvance a highly automatic technology for producing fodder yeasts by way of solid ferment and emphasis is on mixing procedure. adjusting and exterminating bacteria procedure cooling procedure solid state ferment procedure drying and crushing procedure.
