摘要
目的 :评价 1999～ 2 0 0 0年福州市近郊发生登革热暴发流行后 ,为迅速扑灭疫情和预防隔年重新流行 ,在疫区及周边地区实施以灭蚊为主的综合性防制措施的效果。方法 :制定登革热防制与监测方案 ,开展卫生宣传 ,发动群众进行灭蚊和铲除蚊虫滋生地 ,用敌敌畏、12 .5 %高效氟氯氰菊酯悬浮剂或强力敌等化学药物杀灭蚊虫 ,以房屋指数、容器指数、布雷图指数及叮刺率等方法调查白纹伊蚊密度。结果 :1999年通过落实综合性防制措施 ,疫区防治前后的房屋指数分别为 6 3.3和 2 .1,下降率为 96 .7% ;容器指数分别为 5 5 .8和 10 .0 ,下降率为 82 .1% ;布雷图指数分别为 199.8和3.2 ,下降率为 98.4% ;防治前平均每户有 2个阳性积水容器 ,防治后仅有 0 .0 3个 ;刺叮率从防治前平均 42 .2只 / (人工·h)降至 0 ;10月 13日后未发现新的病人。 2 0 0 0年 6～ 11月份在 5个区共调查 6 2 0 0户居民住房 ,白纹伊蚊幼虫的房屋指数平均为 16 .7,容器指数平均为 12 .7,布雷图指数平均为 13.8,其中疫区上述 3项密度指数分别控制在 4.5、2 .2、2 .3以下 ,全年仅发病 3例。结论 :在政府的干预下 ,根据标本兼治 ,治本为主的原则 ,采取清除与管理滋生场所 ,灭蚊与防蚊等相结合的综合性防制措施 。
Objective:To eradicate the epidemic situation rapidly and prevent the spread in next year, to estimate the effect of controlling measure which adopt the method of killing mosquito mainly, since the outbreak of dengue fever from 1999 to 2000 in the suburb of Fuzhou. Method:To make the project of prevention, control and surveillance, propagandize and mobilize the masses to kill mosquito with dichlorvos, 12.5% beta-cyfluthrin and clean out the multiplied site, to survey the density of Ae.albopictus with house index (HI), container index (CI),breteau index (BI) and biting rate index.Result:In 1999, before and after the above measures, the BI was 56.5 and 2.4 respectively, drop 95.8%; the CI was 55.8 and 10.0,drop 82.1%; the BI was 199.8 and 3.2, drop 98.4%. There was 2 positive container averagely which accumulated water before control every house, only 0.3 after it ,and the biting rate index dropped from 42.2 hour per man to zero in average. New patient hasn't been found since 13 October 1999. From June to November, 6 200 houses had been surveyed in five regions,the HI,CI,BI of the larvae was 16.7,12.7,13.8 in average respectively. In epidemic region,the three index is under 4.5,2.2,2.3 respectively,and only three people were infected in 2000. Conclusion:Under the govemment direction,adopt the measure of cleaning up and administering the site of the multiplying,killing the mosquito and out of the mosquito,it is possible to control the dengue fever's outbreak or spread rapidly and availably.
