摘要
在吗啡依赖条件下 ,观察了脊髓 板层发生轴突终末侧支生芽和建立新突触的背根节神经元的胞体是否出现相应的形态变化。应用光镜体视学方法 ,结合电镜观察和测量 ,比较吗啡依赖组与对照组背根节体积及其神经元胞体、胞核、核仁、粗面内质网和线粒体的体积变化。结果显示 :吗啡依赖组背根节体积与对照组比较未发现差异 ,背根节内的亮、暗两类神经元的胞体、胞核、核仁体积以及胞质内粗面内质网和线粒体体积也无显著性差异。结果表明 。
Whether the neuronal somata of dorsal root ganglion (DRG) which underwent the collateral sprouting and synaptogenesis in spinal lamina Ⅱ could display morphological changes was explored under the morphine dependent conditions. The changes of the volume of L 4 DRG and the volume of neuronal somata, nuclei, nucleoli, rough endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondria were compared between morphine dependent and control group by light microscopic stereological method and electron microscopic measure. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the volume of DRG between morphine dependent and control group. There were also no significant difference in the volume of neuronal somata, nuclei, nucleoli, rough endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondria of largepale neurons and small dense neurons of DRG. The results suggest that there are no obvious changes in the volume of DRG and in the volume of neuronal somata ,nuclei, nucleoli, rough endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondria in morphine dependent group.
