摘要
高等学校如何在新情境中求生存、谋发展 ,有效的管理是十分重要的措施之一。对来自底层的管理、科层制弊端的革除、以简驭繁的功用、组织状态的激活、既得利益的调整和工作群体的使用等问题进行组织行为学分析 ,有利于高校的管理创新。
Effective administration will be one of the crucial measures for the universities existence and development in new circumstances. To help improve the innovation of the administration in colleges and universities, the paper is focused on the analysis of the following issues by the science of organizational behavior: the influence of the bottom administrative groups; the elimination of the defects of the bureaucratic system; the function of simplifying the complicated administrative process; the activation of the organizational state; the adjustment of the vested interest; and the use of various working groups.
