摘要
高校学报是传播最新文明成果和最新学术研究动态的重要园地。它不仅对最新学术思想、理论成果和文化知识具有传播作用 ,而且在促进社会生产力的发展、引导正确的社会舆论、培养学术人才等方面有着十分重要的作用。因此 ,正确认识和定位高校学报的各种社会功能 ,有利于办好学报 ,促进学术事业的繁荣和发展。
The journal of higher learning institutions is the important garden for propogating the latest civilization and academic research achievements. It can not only propogate the academic thought, theoretic achievement and cultural knowledge but also promote the development of the social productivity, guide the right social opinions and train academic intellectuals.The journals of the higher learning institutions is of the functions of political orientation, cultural communication, serving the social economy and intellectual training. Thus, to oreintate the social functions of the journals of higher learning institutions is helpful for running well the journals and promoting the development and prosperity of the academic cause.
