摘要
高校学报具有学术性、综合性、连续性等基本属性,所以它对科研具有促进作用。具体做法有:重视学报的学术研究功能;坚持学术性与指导性的统一,完善高校学报的文化传播功能;坚持高校学报的创造性、前沿性和时效性的统一,强化学报对社会、经济的服务功能;坚持科研与教学相结合,强化高校学报对科研人才和学术队伍的培养功能;找准学报与科研在选题上的共振效率以及提高编辑人员业务和学术水平等。
With the nature of being academic, comprehensive and continuous, university journals makes contributions to scientific research. The material measures are： place top attention to journals＇ academic research function, persist in the unity of the academic and instructive nature, strengthen journals＇ ＂service function in social and e- conomic development; persist in the convergence of academic research and educational work, strengthen journals＇ function of fostering academic talents; accurately locate the benefits on the part of both journals and academic research in terms of subject selection, and upgrade editors＇ competence in their editing work and academic research.
